Riesling thrives in Washington, and particularly at the Lewis Estate Vineyard, where the microclimate and loamy soils are notorious for keeping yields low, producing berries with a maximum of flavor and acidity. Aromatics of honeysuckle and summer pear give way to a fuller palate of peach, citrus and mineral. A zesty acidity carries through the finish.
