We Love This With

This trio of lush, single-varietal wines hits all the right notes in a Thanksgiving meal. Pair the luscious, cassis-scented merlot with roasted sweet potatoes swirled with rum. For the well-structured Syrah, which scored 92 points in Wine Spectator, try a classic stuffing flecked with herbs and drenched in gravy. Finish the meal with a Cabernet, which also scored a 92 in Wine Spectator, with the Diestel turkey, rubbed with garlic and stuffed with pancetta and prunes.
