It’s super-flavorful, not too salty, and comes with everything you need for a pastrami party: three-plus pounds of organic Brandt beef cured with peppercorns and coriander, two pounds of plush rye bread, a bottle of deli mustard and a honey-mustard glaze that owner Dennis Berkowitz suggests you slather over the cooked pastrami and pop in the oven, making it super-soft.

Once your order is processed, your pastrami sandwich pack will be shipped to you for overnight delivery specially packaged to keep your pastrami fresh. You'll receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date. Pastranomy ships Monday through Thursday.
