As a New York Times writer said of his dinner guests: “They went crazy for Monte's ham, clamoring for seconds and thirds … boldly demanding to take home the leftovers.” Is it the glaze, made with Dijon mustard, orange marmalade, and organic brown sugar, or the ham itself, free from nitrates and made from grass-fed, free-range hogs? Maybe it’s the hickory smoke flavors naturally infusing the meat. We’re not sure, but we know we love it. This is the perfect size for entertaining a group of 6-10, and should make for plenty of leftovers.

Once your order is processed, it will be delivered to you for 2nd day delivery. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date. Monte's Ham ships Monday through Thursday. All packaging is completely biodegradable and features Bio Guard boxes made from post-consumer recycled corrugated material. Excelsior used is all-natural wood shavings and biodegradable.

Use and Care

  • All hams are fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. They are never frozen and should not be frozen. Refrigerate immediately. Keep at 37-40 degrees until ready to prepare. Ham will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
  • Glaze can be stored for six months or more. Cloves can be stored indefinitely. Ham is Gluten-Free. Glaze may contain gluten.
