Inspired by an exotic vacation, Chef Alexa began crafting marshmallows that reminded her (and her life partner, Samantha) of the islands. In this bundle, you’ll find a marshmallow assortment flavored with roasted pineapple, toasted coconut, and sweet lychee. By using local and organic ingredients and sticking with tradition, 240sweet creates an unforgettable puff. Although we love them toasted, we also can’t help eating them straight out of the bag.

Life partners Samantha Aulick and Chef Alexa Lemley conjure up small batches of artisanal, all-natural marshmallows by whipping sugar in a WWII era mixer before cutting each square by hand. At 240sweets, they take the best culinary techniques and modernize the flavors. Now they have approximately 150 marshmallow varieties.
