In 1990 when Teri Valentine operated her own Los Angeles-based catering company she realized that there was a market for well-made appetizers. Armed with her mission of using all-natural ingredients, Teri now cooks everything in small batches with a team of test kitchen professionals.

All About the Ingredients

Every single (all-natural!) ingredient that goes into Teri Valentine’s perfect bites is carefully selected and prepared. Onions are slowly melted in real butter until perfectly sweet and caramelized. Fresh herbs are handpicked just before they’re blended into pestos or fillings and whole garlic is peeled just before cooking. Everything is made in small batches from Teri’s own recipes that she developed during her days as Los Angeles’ premier caterer.
