We love the buttery toffee and the oatmeal chocolate cookies dunked in ice cold milk. Tea drinkers will love the lemon ginger inspired by Rose Randolph creator Barbara Jean's favorite flavors. By adding just a few drops of fragrant lemon oil to a snickerdoodle batter, she came up with a refreshing spin on a childhood classic. Four years ago, insurance attorney Barbara Jean started perfecting her cookie recipe. Inspired by her mother's baking and after discovering that most snacks are packed with additives, Barbara decided to bake her own homemade, small-batch cookies packaged in hand-crafted boxes by local artisans.
